2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed and verified within 24 hours after successful payment. Processing time varies between customized products and in-stock items:

Ready-to-Ship Golf Accessories: 1 – 2 business days for packaging and dispatching.
Orders placed on weekends or official holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

4. SHIPPING FEES

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

After Production Started: Customized products cannot be cancelled or modified, because all golf head covers are privately customized according to customer’s exclusive patterns and texts.

Shipped Orders: Once the parcel departs our warehouse, order cancellation is not supported.
7. RETURN & EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY
Due to the personalized nature of custom golf products, our return policy is divided into customized items and regular in-stock items:
7.1 Customized Products (Custom Golf Head Covers)
All personalized custom golf head covers are tailor-made exclusively for each customer. Customized products are final sales and NOT eligible for voluntary return or exchange after production begins.
We only accept returns or free remakes if:

Products have obvious manufacturing defects;

Wrong items shipped caused by our internal error;

Severe printing errors inconsistent with customer’s confirmed design.
7.2 Regular In-Stock Accessories
Non-customized, standard golf accessories can be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. Products must be unused, unwashed, intact with original packaging and no scratch damage.
Return shipping fees are borne by the customer.
8. NON-RETURNABLE SITUATIONS
We do not support returns or refunds under the following conditions:

Customer submitted wrong design content, text or size by mistake;

Slight color difference caused by screen display deviation (not regarded as quality problem);

Products damaged caused by improper use after delivery;

Parcels abandoned or refused without valid reasons during customs clearance;

Overdue return requests beyond the 14-day valid period.
9. REFUND PROCESS
