You warrant that your design content does not infringe trademarks, copyrights, portrait rights, or any third-party intellectual property; we are not liable for disputes caused by user-submitted designs.

  • Prohibited Content: You are forbidden to submit designs containing pornography, violence, discrimination, political sensitive symbols, offensive words, and illegal elements. We have the right to cancel orders without refund if prohibited content is detected.

  • Product Color Deviation: Slight color differences between the physical product and online preview may occur due to display screen differences and printing techniques, which do not constitute product quality issues.

5. PRICING & PAYMENT

  • All product prices displayed on the Site are denominated in USD by default, excluding tariffs, import taxes and shipping fees.

  • It is the customer’s obligation to provide accurate shipping address and contact information. We will not offer free re-delivery for parcels returned due to incorrect user address information.

7. RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the personalized characteristics of custom golf products, our return rules are distinguished from standard finished products:

  • Customized Products: Personalized custom items are non-refundable and non-returnable once production starts, unless the products have confirmed quality defects or production errors caused by our team.

  • Regular In-stock Products: Unused and unopened standard golf accessories can be applied for return or exchange within 14 calendar days after delivery; return shipping fees shall be borne by customers.

  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment account within 7-15 working days, subject to the processing rules of your payment provider.
